RESPONSIBILITY :

Manage projects and project resources by directing and coordinating the activities of project personnel.

Gather, clarify, and analyze business requirements

Work with the technical lead and project coordinator to create business and technical documentation (SRS, BRD, User Stories) and functional designs (Application workflow, Screen mockup, and Reports)Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.

Establish and execute a project communication plan.

Initiate, review, or approve modifications to project plans.

Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.

Develop and manage work breakdown structure for assigned projects.

Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

Monitor project milestones and deliverables.

Provide support to the project lead manager in terms of administrative tasks, documentation, and testing.

Identify and solve issues, risks, and problems by performing risk assessments and developing response strategies.

RESPONSIBILITY :

A proven background in designing and implementing cloud, hybrid, or on-premise productivity, collaboration, and messaging solutions for multiple customers.

Focus on M365, Dynamics365, and Azure.

Help sell messaging and collaboration solutions to enterprise customers across various business verticals.

Possess outstanding customer-facing skills and experience in helping customers articulate their business problems and eliciting their requirements.

Have experience in devising productivity solutions to meet these requirements and excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills to convey a compelling story and solution to the customer.

Engagements will include opportunity qualification, proposal and schedule writing, and customer engagements to evangelize the benefits of our clients' solutions, particularly those based on Office 365. In your pre-sales role, you will often act as the point of contact for the customer to prove credibility and ability to execute.

Manage customer expectations and issues regarding ongoing opportunities.

Strong proficiency in SQL language on MS SQL Server or Oracle Database is required.

Ability to work under dynamic environment

Knowledge of Microsoft Office SharePoint is a plus.

Understanding of HTML, JS, and CSS.
